Introduction to RamRisk for the Risk Manager – an in-depth course on user functionality as well as the risk register set up and risk reporting.

The morning is started with a short introduction to risk management. Throughout the day the course participants will work in a risk register, where real-life cases will be presented, and different implementation approaches will be discussed to get started in the right way.

The morning session covers all the basic functionality in handling risks: Risk identification and creation, evaluation/scoring in risk matrices, setting up controls and ownership, tagging, as well as overview of responsibilities.

In the afternoon we will dig into the administrative part of RamRisk and learn how to start up a risk register, define tags, set up the risk matrices and manage the risk register users. Furthermore, we will go through the reporting module of RamRisk and talk about how to manage risk in the most efficient way in RamRisk.

Throughout the day the course participants will receive tips, tricks and processes useful for the daily work in RamRisk – from the user perspective, but also from a Risk Manager perspective.
